The group was founded in 2016 by two physicians, Dr. Roger Duber and Dr. Hammad Khan. As of 2023, the group has grown to include seven physicians and two mid-level providers. We are a dedicated group of physicians who accept most insurance plans in the region to cater to the cardiovascular needs of the growing Inland Empire region.
